ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of the package's arrival. If your order included a full-price item, a UPS return label will be included in your box. Once your return is received, the refund will be issued to your credit card within 3 business days of package receipt. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to return to your card upon processing. 

All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use or the item is returned outside of the 7-day window, we will not accept the return, and the item will be shipped back at your expense. 
We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item(s) you no longer want and place a new order for the item(s) you do want.

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: All Home Decor, Apothecary, Accessories, Cosmetics, Skincare, Intimates, Jewelry, Swim, and all Sale items.

 SHIPPING POLICY

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. Packages are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before checking out.

Fine jewelry will be delivered with signature required. If you choose to waive the required signature for fine jewelry purchases, you assume complete responsibility of your fine jewelry order.

Whichever shipment choice you make, you will receive an email from Shopify with a link to track your package online.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Fragile, oversized, heavy weight or unusual items may require special shipping. Items that require special shipping are subject to additional fees shown at checkout. 

When fulfilling online orders, our team carefully looks over every item during a thorough quality assurance check to verify each piece is in new condition. We take special care while packaging your order to protect fragile objects so they arrive flawless. Valentines is not responsible for damaged, stolen, lost, missing, or late packages.

If you have any issues with your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to start a claim using the provided tracking number. Valentines is not able to accept claims brought against packages after they have left our store.

For safety reasons, orders that contain one or more aerosol products require standard shipping and cannot be expedited.

ONLINE ORDER PICKUP POLICY

In store pickup orders are available 24-48 hours after purchase at Valentines in Davenport Village. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Valentines will hold your pickup order for up to 7 days after purchase.

After 7 days the item will be shipped to your billing address at your expense.

Full price items are eligible for return up to 7 days after purchase date.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Returns for full price merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase date for Exchange/Store Credit Only. All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Valentines and find the identical item for less from the vendor's website. Valentines does not price match other retailers. Price matches must be requested at time of purchase or within 3 days after purchase. The item must be the identical item, brand name, style, size, weight, color, quantity and model number or SKU. It must be in stock for shipping and delivery / pickup at the time of Price Match. 

Bring in or email proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. Please bring the entire printed ad, or show the online price or digital version of the ad on your mobile device for proof of price. No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock at Valentines to match a vendor's price.
Exclusions:
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, refurbished, pre-owned, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, lightning sales, coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
